These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bagoph ("bagoph", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bagoph.net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bagoph platform — including its games, promotions, payment services, or customer support — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bagoph reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the eligibility requirements have not been met or can no longer be met by a registered player.

To access the full range of bagoph services, you must register for a bagoph account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on bagoph. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under your own name or through the use of aliases, family members, or third parties — is strictly prohibited. bagoph reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, balances, or winnings associated with them.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bagoph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your bagoph account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bagoph immediately through official support channels if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that all contact details associated with your account, including your registered Philippine mobile number and email address, remain up to date at all times.

bagoph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your bagoph account will be considered to have been authorized by you unless you have notified bagoph of a security breach in advance of such activity.

All financial transactions on bagoph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). bagoph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. bagoph does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your bagoph wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. bagoph does not guarantee processing times, as these may be subject to the policies and technical operations of your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. bagoph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame, but reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing funds. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• bagoph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• bagoph is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bagoph reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances after prior written notice to the registered contact details on file.

bagoph offers various bonuses, promotions, and reward programs to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all bagoph promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, or may be excluded from bonus play entirely. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, bagoph does not permit stacking of multiple active bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bagoph's bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

bagoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes through the registered contact details on file where reasonably practicable.

All games available on bagoph — including slots, live casino, bingo, dice, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each respective game interface on the platform. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Random Number Generation: bagoph's virtual games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, independent, and not predictable. bagoph does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any individual player.

Prohibited Conduct: The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bagoph platform:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bagoph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bagoph content without express written consent.
• Use any bagoph trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes or in any manner likely to cause confusion or misrepresentation.
• Create derivative works based on bagoph content or game mechanics.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bagoph website on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of bagoph intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. bagoph reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

bagoph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on this website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a bagoph account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

bagoph collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records. This information is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the improvement of bagoph's services.

bagoph does not sell your personal data to third parties. Without limiting the foregoing, bagoph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the bagoph platform or any of its games or services.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or account balance arising from technical malfunctions, server failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond bagoph's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the bagoph platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from participation in any bagoph game or promotion.

bagoph's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your bagoph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

bagoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bagoph determines in its sole discretion that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the bagoph platform.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Continuation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, reputational, or financial risk to bagoph.
• You have failed to satisfy bagoph's KYC or identity verification requirements within a reasonable time frame.

Upon termination of your account for cause, bagoph reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending winnings pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

You may close your bagoph account at any time by contacting bagoph customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bagoph and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting bagoph's customer support team. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to formal dispute resolution through the appropriate Philippine judicial or regulatory channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
